When and where is the event?
The event is happening in person on March 7th and 8th at Academy LA. 6021 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028
Where should I stay if I am from out of town?
Los Angeles is a dense city full of hotel options and air bb options. We decided not to use a hotel venue knowing that visitors might want to explore the city while in town. We are having a later start at 10am to give everyone enough time to drive to the venue in the event of traffic. Within walking distance of the venue you can find excellent options such as W hotel, Dream Hotel, The Godfrey, The Aster, Kimpton Everly, and more.
Where should I park for the event?
We will have onsite parking available for guests for $20 per day. We recommend you park at the venue to avoid any tickets or issues with street parking.
What should I wear to the event?
The mainroom will likely be chilly to accommodate filming! Los Angeles weather in March is typically cool and our vendor area will most likely be on the patio. We suggest comfortable and flexible clothing options including a light jacket. Most guests and speakers will be dressed business casual. We will also be featuring a red carpet for guests and the opportunity to be photographed. Our charity gala is black tie and will have a heavy press presence.
Will lunch be provided?
Coffee, tea and Echo hydrogen water will be provided throughout the event. Our venue will also be featuring a cash bar along with a sponsored cocktail hour on day one. During lunch we will have a selection of incredible food trucks available in our event lot. During the Gala food will be provided. Please check back here for updates on the food truck options.
Is my ticket refundable?
We are unable to offer ticket refunds but you can transfer your ticket to another attendee.

Where do the gala ticket proceeds go?
All proceeds for the gala will go to the charities we name. We have some excellent causes in mind with alignment to our event and community! Please check back here for updates on our charity partners.
Can I get a write off for my gala ticket or charity donation?
Yes! Our non-profit partners are able to issue you a receipt for your gala ticket and any donations during the gala that qualify as a tax deduction.
